I have helped hundreds of teachers think through their teaching careers and the career opportunities that are available to them. I have also supported teachers as they are going through the job search process on skills including but not limited to: résumé writing, interview preparation, and demo lesson support.     I can review your résumé and cover letter to ensure you’re highlighting your strengths and showcasing the work you have done.

  • Interview Preparation

    If you want to nail your interviews, you need to prepare with someone who’s been there—and succeeded. I’ll help you practice interviewing and prepare for your interviews and demo lessons.

  • Career Guidance

    There are many options and opportunities in the field of education. I will help you think bigger about your teaching career and think through what you can do to get to where you want to go.

How It Works

Career Growth and Guidance coaching is available via 3-session packages.

My coaching packages range from $150-$600 depending on your needs. Written notes are provided after the session. Three session packages include e-coaching between sessions. 

  • WHAT’S INCLUDED:

    Three 50 minutes sessions over five or six weeks + e-coaching between sessions + written notes following each session 

    THIS IS BEST FOR:

    Teachers who are considering a change in their teaching 

    Teachers who are on the job search and need résumé, cover letter, and interview

Literacy Instruction

If you are a classroom teacher, literacy specialist, or literacy coach, looking for targeted support that’s completely confidential, you’ve come to the right person! With all of the changes in literacy instruction, knowing what to do can be challenging—and you may want additional support from someone to help you think through how to organize and deliver your instruction so that your students thrive. My coaching combines practical advice that makes sense for your teaching situation with research-backed strategies so that you can effectively support your students.

  • Weave Whole Texts into Your Teaching

    You want your students exposed to whole texts rather than only short passages. We’ll talk about books you can use to compliment your school’s reading program while tapping into your students' enjoyment of stories and books.
